Mild autism with hyperactivity

My child is 7yrs old, hyperactive and has mild autism. He has been prescribed calc phos 3x twice a day and Athusa 200c every alternate 3 days in the morning .
Already 2 months have passed continuing with the medicines but he is still quite restless and language has not improved much..Still speaking using 2-3 words when in need and not always giving answers to questions asked.
Do we need to wait atleast 6 months to see the effective result?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
YOU KEEP ON POSTING SAME THING WITHOUT GIVING ANY FEEDBACKS.

I think you are mistaken Sir.The two queries are different if you would notice.Last one was about the sleep issue he was facing..No such improvement on that.
This one is to just enquire about how long does the mentioned medicines need to show the result. He took kali phos 6x but last night also slept at 3 a.m.I would surely post a feedback if it is positive..
