Tinnitus with Hearing loss

I am suffering from tinnitus since 6 years
I was asleep when i woke up with severe pain
In my right ear The pain gone after one day but since then
It’s ringing in my right ear. But now its started in my left
Ears also about 6 months ago its 24/7 ringing in my both
Ears. My sexual pleasure also gone it does not feel good
When i ejaculate. My erection is good and timing is also good
But with no pleasure. My eyesight is also getting weak
I have also stiff neck muscles
Help me out I have done every kind of treatments
