Fear of sleep
Hi!I used to have a really good sleep. One night, after I woke up from a nightmare, it was really difficult for me to fall back asleep. After that, I begin to be really scared of falling asleep. In the past two weeks my sleep got worse and worse, every time I try to fall asleep I am terrified, my heart is beating fast, but no palpitations. I have not sleep in the past 5 days. Please help me!!!
