Perioral Dermatitis

Hi!
I am a 69 year old female with perioral dermatitis on the sides of my nose around my mouth. I’ve had flair ups over the past 2 years but this is now worsened over the past 2 weeks. Last night I tried Hepar Sulph 200 and it became very itchy, felt numbness in the area and now the skin has broken in some places and oozing fluid. Previously, My Naturopath had me try wet Arsenicum 200 but it never went away.
I am on no medications, take multi vitamin, Vit d3, Vitamin C and zinc. Been drinking daily lemon water first thing, lots of fruits & veggies, gluten free bread.
Please help, do not know the best way to proceed.

Your problem may be on account of taking excessive acidic fruits and vegetables. Please stop taking acidic fruits and lemon water and see if the problem goes away.
