Asthma and allergies

I have allergy and exercise induced asthma since I was a toddler. I'm on a daily steroid inhaler and use a rescue inhaler as well. I get sick every few years requiring a couple of weeks of oxygen and albuterol via nebulizer. I would like nothing more than to get off of the inhalers by any natural means.

What foods you like and dislike?
What kind of weather do you prefer?
Do you feel thirsty? How much water do you drink?
What other health problems do you have?
Family medical history.
