Hormonal mother. Constitution helpI am a 27 year old female and mother of two toddler sons. I am new to homeopathy, but have been studying my best. I am a breastfeeding mother of a very demanding and clingy 2 year old.
My main problems are anxiety, mild depression, intense PMS(PMDD) mood swings, overwhelmed, easily angered/irritable, acne, rosacea, sensitive to lots of sound, food cravings, binge eating sweets/salty. I have a hard time losing weight, acne gets worse around ovulation and menses. Bloated belly. Hair is thinning and falling out. I have blood sugar issues especially when pregnant(gestational diabetes). I haven’t had my thyroid checks lately, but I’m sure it’s hypo if I had to guess, as it runs in my family. I have been reading about constitutions. It seems like I fit both pulsatilla and sepia in different ways so I’m having a hard time. Can somebody please assist me? I greatly appreciate it. Please feel free to ask additional questions you may need.
