Reoccurring ulcer on tonge.

Hi my boy I 8 years old. He gets such itchy painful mouth sores and has one on his tongue. The tongue is painful on a white raised patch and when he tries to itch it is is painful to touch and very delicate.
This pain wakes him up at night and he gets these sores almost weekly.

He is crying with pain at night and the pain is unbearable.
He is generally a boy who finds it challenging to make friends and is a very anxious boy around groups of children. He is picky with his foods and eats very bland food.
He likes fast movement and finds it difficult to do anything slow.
He like to be warm and wrapped up in layers of clothes.
He suffers from reflux. He always feels people are thinking negative of him and he puts himself down a lot.
He is better talking with his friends on a 121 basis as he feels more confident but has huge anxiety in groups.
He is slim build and eats a fair amount of food.

We have tried Merc viv 30 and that doesn’t help.
