Diagnosed with Osteoarthritis

Hello

I have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in the knees. The doctor has prescribed FORTIGEL & TENDOFORTE Paleo Protein Super Collagen and Jointcare Max Dietary Supplements.

I am having constant pain in the knees which sometimes gets really bad and sometimes it is manageable.

I am also attaching the MRI report which was done recently.

Hoping to have your opinion for managing the pain which gets really extreme.
