Rash on neck, stomach from heat of summer

Hi everyone,
My boyfriend has been getting red, pin like rash on his neck, stomach, arms, hands for some time now since he was like 12. It's triggered from sweating, the heat, hot water, and worse from itching. Even when the skin is not red and itchy he still has like a charcoal color stain in that area. I have him on Sulpher 30c to help with itching..well see how it goes, any suggestions?
