excessive flatulence

Hello, I am a 40 years old female . I am actually dealing with some bowels discomfort especially excessive flatulence ( gaz ) . Anything I eat or drink provoked a lot of gaz. It is really discomfortable. I am even scare to eat or drink anything. Only fasting seems to help otherwise even water is like not tolerated. I went to the hospital they referred me to a gastro doctor( no appointment available until september). I have normal stool and no stomach pain.
