Remedies for old injury which resulted in partial paralysis

I sustained a medication & a falling injury when in hospital approximately 12 years ago. I was unnecessarily given warfarin blood thinner, which resulted in an internal haemorrhage near my lower spine. This led to paralysis in my left leg. I then fell on that leg in the hospital due to negligence on the part of the hospital & hospital staff.

This paralysis went on for over 2 years, with my left leg muscles atrophying quite seriously, and my leg being stuck in a bent position during that time, unable to straighten it or bend it even with manual manipulation. I was in a wheelchair during this time, told I would not walk again.

I resolved part of the problem by undergoing reiki treatment approximately 2 years later & slowly 'learning' to walk again (began the healing process in 2012). Surface numbness persisted in many areas of my leg, some of which remains to this day, although I have been walking again since 2013 or so.

I walk somewhat 'normally' now, but because the injury is not yet fully healed - although greatly improved - I continue to have a lot of pain in my left leg, as well as problems in my right leg from limping, and both of the bottoms of my feet have sustained nerve damage from walking incorrectly which often leads to very painful lumps on the bottoms of my soles (neuroma?).

My left knee still feels as if it has water in the joint, often swells with the veins around my knee being quite visible, and I often suffer from quite severe pain & swelling in both legs from the hips down if I need to remain on my feet or remain sitting for extended periods of time. Veins in my left leg are damaged, varicosed, inner right thigh & calf, and serious varicose of veins in my left foot / ankle.

I had read something in one of my homeopathy books about a remedy which can assist in healing very old injuries after the fact, but cannot find the information any longer. I now live in a rural area & have not been able to find a new homeopath over the past 2 years.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance a doctor or student of homeopathy might be able to provide.

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The remedy for the type of injury you had sustained is Arnica. You may use Arnica 30 three doses at 4 hour interval in one day and then wait for results. This medicine will be active for around seven days. You may need to repeat after seven days.
Update after seven days.
