Facial pimples

Please advise remedies for facial pimples that come up randomly on next to the nose, chicks, chin of a mid 30s female. Skin is oily.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For oily skin and pimples next to nose, selenium and causticum are of choice.

Start with Selenium 30, three times a day for one week, then once a day for one week. Stop for two weeks.

Also, oily skin and pimples are related to vitamins deficiency or imbalances. In order, A, Zinc, C, B complex, E, D are. So it may help taking a multivitamin every day.

Feedback after 4 weeks.

Thank you!!!

Would you advise how much of each of A,Zinc, C, B, E, D?

Or if you know one that has needed dosage of all of them?

Sample label. Image Attached. Multivits are packed with many ingredients for daily need.

You will notice RDA, recommended daily allowance. Take multi-vit with which provides more than 50% RDA.

Hope this help.

Is Selenium Metallicum 30C ( didn’t find just Selenium) right one?
Thank you
Marin 6 months ago
Yes. Both are same in homeopathy. It is refered as Sel or Selenium or full name Selenium Metallicum.

Boiron uses Selenium Metallicum.

Most other manufacturers use Selenium.
