Severe itching on hand and forearm with heat

Hi,

I started having some small (2-3 spots) 1 inch spots of itching last year after working in the backyard. I'm not sure if it is because of some weed allergy or sun allergy. I used a steroid cream and it went away.
This year, after going in the heat, the same spots started itching again and after itching, it has spread to my entire hands and forearm (the parts with hair only).

It gets aggravated with heat. It feels hot when you touch it. There's slight swelling and looks red when hot.

A local homeopath gave me apis 30 to use for a week 2 times a day. I used it and saw no improvement. I called him and he said to take apis 200 for a week. I used 200 and saw improvement for 3 days. But when I took it today (4th day), I have severe itching now. As if all the improvement the past few days was nothing but suppression maybe.

I also take sulphur 30 for psoriasis for over 7 years. But every since I changed my diet to low sulphur food (no garlic/onion etc), I haven't had any need to take sulphur except once or twice a year.

Please suggest

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Does this itch occur only in summer? Any other triggers you can think of?
The reaction of Apis maybe aggravation continue to see if it subsides ,
If it so it shud go away In Two three days

This is the 2nd year that I have had and both times it has been triggered in the summer from the heat after working in the garden.
No other triggers other than heat.
After a shower, when my body temperature cools down, the itching goes away. But once my body heats up again, my forearms become red and I get severe itching

After taking apis 200, I haven't seen any reduction in size of the area where the itching/redness/swelling is present so I'm not sure if it is curing it. The itchy area is also very dry, so I put vaseline on it otherwise there's a lot of dry skin that peels off.

I'm not sure what you mean by books? Books that I read?

So sorry it’s auto correct I meant boils

No worries! I don't have any boils, just swelling of entire area. But I do have hard, tiny little bumps (1-2 mm) around the edges of the entire area that is red. And that's how it started last year as well - a group of tiny bumps in multiple areas which then grew into a large itchy areas with no bumps

Hi Kaps,
I've been taking thuja 200 4 pills for a week now, and there hasn't been much change to the area with the rashes. The itching is much less most of the time but then today all of a sudden, the entire area of back of hands and forearms began itching so much and became red. The same reaction I had on the 3rd/4th day of taking Apis 200.

One thing I forgot to add before was that when I had the rashes initially (started a month ago), somebody suggested to rub coffee on it to help it. I took some instant coffee mixed with water and rubbed it on the area. This gave me a severe reaction and the rashes spread from isolated areas to the entire forearm.

I am not allergic to coffee at all. I'm not a coffee drinker and have it occasionally so not sure what happened there.

Stop both and update after two days or earlier if the rashes spread or itch hard

The itching and redness has decreased and now it is at normal level as before.
