Kidney Stone

I just had an emergency medical visit to the hospital today and found out I have a small 3 to 4 mm kidney stone located at proximal ureter.
Symptoms for when I went to the hospital were:
I felt I had a normal dinner last night and there was some mild discomfort which I disregarded.
Gradually I felt increasing pain on the right side, pain moved around a bit but was centered about one inch to the right and one inch below the belly button. Nausea kept increasing to the point where I had explosive vomiting repeatedly and I am quite sure I eliminated 100% of my dinner.

With no food left in my stomach nausea reduced but pain continued and increased and decreased unpredictability. I sometimes have severe sweats where I felt hot and sweated profusely but if I turn on the fan I feel very cold. Any sleeping position was uncomfortable. Pain periodically descending to testicles.

Thats as much as I can remember. Hospital obviously prescribed typical allopathic medication: Tamsulosin/Flomax to help pass the stone and tylenol/acetaminophen with codeine for pain. Plus some nausea medication which I can't remember. There was no trace of infection so no antibiotics.
As usual, I am not taking any of those unless it is a last resort

Can someone suggest homeopathic medication to help pass the stones and minimize pain/nausea in the process? I am not too familiar with the medication but I am wondering if it might be Lycopodium because it is right sided.

I have also found that now that I understand the diagnosis I can anticipate early when the pain is coming and for the last few hours when I sense pain coming I can do gentle deep massage at the affected area as well as drink a lot of water which causes pain to subside.

I really hope someone can help me.

Thank you Anuj.
I had trouble finding all the medicines you recommended, the status is:
Nux Vom 200C - available now
Berberis Vulgaris Q - available tomorrow (Aug 5) sometime
Mag Phos 6X - available now
China Officinalis 1M - available Wed Aug 10

If I start the medicines today I mostly can adhere to your schedule except for China 1M which I will start almost one week late.
Is that schedule okay? I can get lower potencies of China much faster, just 1M is taking a long time.

Yes you can start the protocol now.

Another small question: your protocol says to take both Mag Phos and Berberis V 3 times a day.
Is it acceptable to take them at the exact same time or do I need to offset the time between each one 3 times a day?

You can give a gap of 5 minutes alternatively have them together.
