Acute condition- muscle cramp

I'm 40 and had a physically hectic week last week.

There was a catch in my neck/shoulder muscle last night and I could feel something coming on in the lower back muscles but the night went peacefully as did the first half today. Then suddenly I got an intense crippling cramp on my lower back when I bent over to reach for something.

This cramp won't allow me to move. Its on the right side. There's a tingling in my toes and ankles (both legs) that's getting me worried that it's more than your regular cramp. I can move my limbs but waist movements are very very painful.

Have taken 1 dose of arnica 30 and I'm applying heat. Is there anything else I can do to help with this?

Thanks in advance!
