Anxiety when facing unfamiliar or doubtful situationsIf I have to do something which I perceive as a risk or not sure of the outcome or unfamiliar situations or responsibility which appears overwhelming, I start feeling anxious which results in chest discomfort and slowly grows and entire right side of my head feels heavy and feel like I might loose control. This feeling of panic attack has been happening since 2018. Sometimes it takes 2 -3 hours to subside. Sleeping gives little relief. Before being diagnosed for hypertension(in 2018), i used to feel little nervous but now I feel panicky, feel like loosing control and symptoms get hiked up too quickly . I have problem of gas causing discomfort too .I also have B12 deficiency. All these create a difficult scenario for me. I am 50 year old and 5 ft height. Pls suggest homoeo remedy to remove this from the root.
