91 yr. old mom may be having side effects from Fluconazole

Dear Sir,
I was cured of chronic fatigue syndrome years ago, by a homeopath, so I'm a believer.
Our 92 yr. old mom has been getting worse over the past week.
She took her second dose of Fluconazole last Friday, Sept 23 (72 hours after the first dose)
for a suspected vaginal yeast infection. The prescription was for 2 tablets, 72 hours apart.
She's takes 2 other drugs daily: (Carbadopa-Levadopa for Vascular Parkinsonism, plus Valsartan for blood pressure) She was hospitalized for 4 days in Aug. for a urinary tract infection, and was put on IV antibiotics, and she bounced back. She's a severe choking risk, so we puree all her food. She's been stable, and even though she's wheelchair bound, she enjoys life when she sleeps well, and her appetite is usually good
Her mood has been normal, until the second dose of Fluconazole Sept. 23, one week ago.
She's awake, but for the past day or 2 her eyes look different, and she's not responsive or emotionally expressive like she usually is. Tonite she had a blank stare. Not at all like her.
Sublingual methyl- B12 may have helped her a little. She will give a thumbs up to say yes or no, but she's much more bent over, and suddenly not eating much at all. This is alarming. She looks very different. She can't afford to lose any more weight. We don't want to lose her.,.. We are trying everything to get her to eat more.
What about Nux Vomica ? or other remedy ? to help her recover from a possible adverse effect of this drug ? God bless. Thank you.
