sever pms

Some please help!!!
Every month I go through this major depression stage and it is driving me crazy. I wake up in the morning crying, I go to bed crying, I feel like my life is worthless, I feel like I am not acomplishing anything and I tell my boyfriend I don't want to be with him. The after a wee I want him back and my attitude is fine. My doc prescribed PRozac but I did not get the prescrition filled. It is killing to keep going through this. Please Please Please help.

I dont know if you will check this again but I understand where you are coming from. I have a terrible time as well.
Have you done research on this? You say you didnt try the prozac, is there anything you would be willing to try? Like vitamins?
