Pregnancy symptoms

6 months pregnant with receding gums, tonsil stones and hemmorides. I have a lot of Boiron homeopathic pills, just can't seem to find if they are all safe for pregnancy and which ones I should take for each symptom, how long, and each dose?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homeopathy is safe for women to use during pregnancy and postnatally, including during breastfeeding. It is a gentle yet effective system of medicine and the remedies are highly diluted and are not chemical drugs, so they cannot harm the baby.
