Bronchitis with infected adenoids and vomiting

Hello dr
This is for my 2nd twin son 6.5 yrs old.


Rayaan present condition
Yesterday have opium 30 few doses.
Today
Fever 103-104, throat pain with tearing cough, nasal congestion, infected adenoids, red swollen throat, ears red from inside,

Too much bloating and nausea, vomiting food too, not eating anything, can't swallow too, feeling very dull and tired.

Plz suggest whixh next medicine can be given to cover abdominal symptoms with respiratory issues.

Plz help dr..

PS my twin 1 son also suffering from bronchitis and infected adenoids but his symptoms are different.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is there any history of Tuberculosis in the family? ( Parents, grand parents or any blood relative ).

Yes
Mother and maternal grandfather had tuberculosis

Please give him Tuberculinum 200 one dose. Do not repeat medicine. It may take around a year for complete cure though current symptoms may go away in a week or so.
