If they are the very small granules like grains of sand you can use about 10. Suggest you get the pellets which are usualy in No 30 or 3mm diameter.

hi Dr. joe and all,
as like 'mister india' my situation is same, I had used earlier ARNICA-200(6C is not available in my country)(does C means 100 or not?).
I am also getting full erection when I am slipping or half asleep, at any time, it is not necessary wheather it is night , day , noon or after noon, mean any time if I sleep a little I am getting 'hard erection'.
But as I get up everthing is over.
Now what to do ?
May I take ARNICA-200 or some thing else.
can I take Arnica in liquid form.?

Only Arnica 6c will work the miracle. The 200c cannot help you.

But homeopathically it should work opposite.

In India....in olden days at the end ofa party ....they were distributing a small pellet of 'opium" hand - rolled inside a toffee kind of candy ball....to all guests. It worked !!

It is amazing what information we can all share on a BB like the ABC.
It is this sharing of information that we must all achieve without that supercilious attitude that is unfortunately promoted by a few persons who seem to have met their match in one case and in another who seems to have retired gracefully.
Homeopathy is a fascinating life long learning process and I believe that it can be promoted without the categorisation that has so far been promoted into the 'classical' and the 'non classical' schools where the classical school hold the non classical with scorn but do not generally succeed in delivering the goods with the same rate of success.
As many of you are aware I have steadfastly stuck to my convictions irrespective of the hatred that I seem to have evoked from at least one member for reasons best known to her. I have had great pleasure in the recent past of seeing skeptical patients like Shiny who at first scorned the remedy I suggested for her son who suffered from Asthma for many years, being very surprised when just one dose of Nat Sulph 6c in the wet dose worked the miracle and enabled her son to sleep soundly overnight, which he had not done for years without his inhaler. I have not had any report from the mother for a few days although I have instructed her to post immediately if she observes any reccurrence of his asthma which at this point in time will be a remote possibility after over 2 weeks on the remedy which he may have to take for a few more months before he is cured like so many patients whom I have treated in the past.
The Opium story can be believed, coming as it does from Pankaj, and this is the form of free exchange of news that we must all strive to promote on the ABC.
I wonder if the homeopathic Opium can also help in ED and perhaps someone will use the lower potency of 6c and report.

1. They help you to re-look at your own analysis.
2. If your analysis has brought out positive results for you....they help you to have a stronger conviction in your own beliefs.
There is joy in victory gained over obstacles.
An atheletics race run without a competitor in the fray brings no joy !!!!
The medal so gained doesn't shine 'in your heart'.
