Wet Eczema

My wife is suffering from Wet Eczema from 4 to 5 years. It’s at the back of her palm. Whenever direct sunlight falls on it, it worsens. She has a lot of itching on it. It’s seasonal and in winters the itching increases. Please assist as to what medicine can be taken? Attaching image of her hand.
