purchasing homeopathic kitsI am looking to purchase a large family kit of homeopathic remedies, but not sure exactly which brand is best. I have a small Hylands kit with 30x potencies, and have been pleased with what I have used in it, their tablets dissolve almost immediately making them great for babies and small children, however, I was recently told that Hylands aren't as reputable as they once were, so I'm looking into other options. I keep finding myself running to the health food store for single remedies, and would just like to get a kit so I would have everything on hand. I noticed the brands on this website. Does anyone know for sure about what brand is the best and purest product? And also, I would like to purchase a book about using homeopathic treatment, that can be a good remedy guide. I have 4 children, so this is my area of greatest concern, if you know of any good books. Thanks for any input.

We happen to have a couple of Helios kits (birth and basic 36), but if I was choosing again, I'd go for Boiron as the vials are much larger (you can safely ignore the use-by date). Having said that though, the Helios kits are a handy size for traveling.
When giving the remedies to babies, I normally crush the remedy between two spoons, so it disolves almost instantly.
