Need urgent help
Respected Dr,I need help from you. I've had a chronic prostrate problem for the past ten years.Take alfusion 10 mg at night for this.I had the master checkup a few days ago, and according to the results, all reports are normal, and the prostate size is 29 cc.
Problem:-
1) I get an infection quickly when I use a public restroom.
2) My body temperature is always 95.5, but when it's elevated in this situation, it goes up to around 97.6 to 98 but feels chill and uneasy.
3) Pain can be prostrate at times.
4) Today I did a urine test, and got this report.

The doctor stated that this is a very normal report and that a body temperature of 98.6 is normal.
My question is, are there standards defined by an American institute that differ from person to person?
Please let me know if this is a real problem or if it is a mental problem, as my doctor and wife believe.

Urination is ok. no issue before or after not that much issue. some times pain at prostrate area.
bp issue taking medicine
slight sugar , managing without medicine
for bph taking medicine at night.
prostrate L - 3.58 CM
prostrate H - 3.15 CM

What medicine for BP if all the reports are OK and doc has said u r fine
It maybe due to the side effect of the BP medication
