Treating Persistent Cold and Mucus, nostrils were blocking very often

One month ago, I had a cold and was prescribed Montelukast and Levocetirizine, along with Cefixime 200 Antibiotic. The reason for the prescription was that both my nostrils were blocked due to cold and mucus.

While allopathic medicine cured my cold, it hardened the mucus. I noticed that most of the time, the mucus was green in color and was hard and sticky. To help me breathe, I was also prescribed Otrivin Oxy Nasal Spray, which provided temporary relief but did not cure the nose blocking.

As the problem persisted, I consulted with a homeopath who prescribed Pulsatilla 200 for my cold and hard mucus. Pulsatilla was effective in curing the hard green-colored mucus, but my nose is still blocked very often, and the Rx Otrivin Oxy Nasal Spray only provides temporary relief to the blocked nostrils.

My constitutional medicine is Lycopodium 200 and my age 40 years old with a weight of 72kg and height of 165cm.
