tissue salts or hep sulph for infected chickenpox spots?
Would silicea 6x or Kali sulph tissue salt be the correct remedy to help infected chicken pox spots? Some have scabs over but look ref and angry with yellow pus in.How best to treat them much appreciated.
Ithought of using hep sulph but am a bit nervous if using them.
Is there anything topical that could help too?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take two doses of Merc Sol 30, one in the morning and another in evening. Then stop the remeady. Feedback 5 days later.
External application: try neem bath.
