Fix a timeto sleep at night first 10PM latest time to sleep
Stop taking any solids after 7 PM u will notice the difference after a week
Don’t force ur self to drink water excessively
Just drink when u feel like
But definitely after 45 minutes of meal
The calc symptoms which worsened will go away soon
Bloating too will goo
