Urgent help - Rectal bleeding
I am 27 year old male, I have noticed rectal bleeding when wiping after bathroom use, sometimes see small amount of blood on toilet paper. Blood is not in bowels or stool, but seems to come from surface of body, usually happens when wiping too much and area feels sensitive. No pain. Also, have noticed consumption of fruit on empty stomach leads to discomfort in stomach and intestines - seems like fructose malabsorption.
Can someone please take my case, and suggest a homeopathic medicine for this problem. Greatly appreciate the help.

Didn't have Lachesis 200, so took Lachesis 30 for now.
Taking both tissue salts.
What do you think could be the problem? Is it piles?
Will provide feedback after 4 days.
Thank you! Appreciate the help.
