Left ovarian cyst (hemorrhagic)

Have had left hemorrhagic ovarian cyst causing problems since about June 2022. Started very painful with stabbing, squeezing pain in my left abdomen down to my pelvic area, then waned for a couple months, only would flare up during exercise, but now is maintaining more of a squeezing pain in the same area around the day exercise or not. Periods are more painful with pulsing stabbing pain in my left side and in my abdomen area stretching down to pelvic area. Flow is regular and periods seem to occur regularly without issue. I have had issues with constipation, bloating and gas since all this started. Bowel movements are random due to constipation and only very painful during time of periods. Also completely exhausted physically and mentally as this has been causing anxiety and stress. Not sure what course of action to take, thank you.
