Myiasis in dog

Neighbour dog has wounds and discharge on heads with maggots. I asked them to see a vet and suggested to take Sabadilla 12 c twice a day. Suggestions are welcome.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sulfur 30 and Pyrogenium 30 can also be tried.

DRESSING BE DONE WITH A MIXTURE OF CALENDULA Q AND ECHINESIA Q THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY.

The dog is doing excellent on Sabadilla. So decided to not use Sulphur or Pyrogenium. Also I asked them to clean that area using Calendula MT.

I was just going through pubmed and I found this problem can occurs in human too especially in tropical climate. Sharing an article:

The dog has been cured from maggots. I asked them to continue Calendula MT external application for complete recovery from wounds.
