ME/CFS Heaviness in body, head pressure and stomach gastritis/ulcers

Hello,
I have many symptoms, but want to focus on/particularly ease the following (in the order as follows):
-Gastritis, burning stomach (both when not eating and have eaten)
-Head pressure (inflammation of brain)
-Extreme exhaustion/lack of energy, the body feels like lead

I’m wondering about what homeopathic remedy/remedies to take for the above symptoms and for how long and in what order and/or combination.
I have been thinking about Belladonna, Arsenic Album and Nux Vomica. Tried just a few granules on separate days (on day each). Nux Vomica created within a few hours a reaction of feeling sick (a symptom I used to have) and feeling like I had the flue/influenza. Next time I tried it, it might have increased the burning sensation in my stomach or not/no reaction. Tried Arsenic Album briefly, seemed to increase sense of heaviness/exhaustion, so I stopped. Tried Belladonna, also just once, didn’t seem to get any reaction.

I have already seen an homeopath and she as most tries to find THE remedy, but it didn’t do anything at all.
I want help with the above symptoms, because those are most severe, acute and restricting.

Thank you so much for replaying!!
I have ordered Kal Phos and Kal Mur/Kalium Chloride and will hopefully receive it soon. It makes sense, (particularly since I know I lack potassium in particular). I will take a complex of cell salts I have in the mean time.
I have only access to Ars Alb in tablet form (as granules), not in liquid form, unless I put it in water.
(They all are D30).
I will post how it goes.
Again, thank you 🙏

Pls Excuse me, Since I already have Alb in D30 and already purchased Kali Phos and Kali Mur in D30, is this okay? Perhaps I could take 5 pellets once or twice each day instead?
I wonder about the Alb drops; should I put it in water and take a few drops or take five pellets?? (I don’t have access to Alb in liquid form at the store).

Can I take them all at the same time or should there be time in between during the day?

(I was trying to replying yesterday, but they were doing some maintenance to the web page then).

Thank you in advance!

Hello,
It took some time for me to order Ars Alb 6. Have been taking it for a few days and cell salts, but my stomach burns and has not improved and my body feels more fatigued, much heavier after taking Ars Alb.
A problem with ME/CFS is that the lymphatic system and liver/the detox organs are already very much under a great load.
Don’t know what to do… I think I should take a break from homeopathic remedies.
