The man took one dose of Nux Vom 200 for a cough yesterday.

I thought Id ask if these symptoms can also be caused by too much nux vom?
Or could it be a stomach bug?
The child we were taking care of had a stomach bug last weekend. The symptoms were already gone when he came to us. A little diarrhea was left. We changed the diaper wearing disposable gloves and took care of hygiene. The boys parents put the child in our care when they themselves fell ill with a stomach bug. Feeling full all the time, even though the man hasnt eaten. However, heavy work requires a lot of energy.
The man has reduced the amount of cold cuts he eats. Nowadays, he puts cheese on bread instead of meat.
Dark shadows in the inner corners of the mans eyes. I sent the picture to the e-mail. The shadows are not so strong in the picture.
The man dreams a lot. The man sleeps well. He wakes up when he has a dream. Falling asleep again though.
The man has taken Apis C30 in the evenings. He didnt remember the instructions correctly. He should have taken three times a day.

SALTS WILL NOT CAUSE FLATULENCE.CONTINUE TAKING THEM.

The man went to the doctor. Its an inguinal hernia. The doctor did not recommend surgery yet because the hernia is so small. The doctor also found the beginning of a very small hernia in the left groin.
A hernia on the right side causes pain when sitting. The pain is not constant but comes from time to time.
