There have been a lot of weather changes this week.

I think the nux is helping. Today is day 4 of taking it.

The main thing I noticed is that my scalp starts to hurt before a headache starts. The nux stopped the scalp sensation.

I slept better last night than I have in a very long time. Like I sleep that well maybe once a year.

One medium bad headache day 3 of remedy (yesterday).

How do I continue?

Continue with a feedback after 7 days.

In addition FERRUM PHOS 6X five tabs at night
