Phosphorus Aggravation
Male 21. Chronic bronchitis for 3 months. Already treated by govt homeopath but no relief. Patient already have had Silicea, Bell, Puls, Merc but nothing worked for him. After case taking suggested Phos 200 single dose at bedtime. As he started feeling better after first dose he took few more doses by himself. Three months old bronchitis cured in 5 days. But he is having some provings of Phos, like restlessness , high sexual desire but no erection. Its been a week. So I suggested Nux vomica 200 single dose. Nux helped to cools down excessive restlessness. But no improvement in other symptoms. Patient also having pain in tip of penis which calls for Camphora. Any suggestion.Ziomih on 2023-10-05

Try Coffea 30c.

Repeated another dose but its not helping. Should I consider suggesting Camph or explore other potential antidotes? His current symptoms include persistent penis pain, lack of erection (penis remains relaxed), and a complete loss of desire. These symptoms seem to resemble temporary impotency. Thank you for your assistance.

With those set of symptoms only Aconite is indicated.
- Diminished sexual desire with relaxed genitalia.
- Penis Pain (Hope its not tip of penis that you were referring to earlier)
Give a single wet teaspoon dose of the pellet dissolved in a cup of water to prevent further aggravation.
He developed Coffea symptoms with these two doses (diminished sexual desire with relaxed genitalia). Only two remedies comes under this: acon, coffea.

The pain is specifically located at the tip of penis. Coffea did not induce any new symptoms. These symptoms appeared after taking Phosphorus. Nux Vomica provided relief from restlessness, and Coffea further calmed him down. However, the other symptoms persisted. Additionally, he mentioned that he has not taken a bath in the last two days. He told that he has suddenly lost interest in bathing. Another observation he made is that his eating habits have changed over the past 3 to 4 days. Previously, he would have three large meals, but now he opts for smaller, frequently. Additionally, he noticed that despite getting less sleep, he wakes up in the morning feeling exceptionally energetic, experiencing no fatigue whatsoever.

Hi Justsayin2, hope you are doing well. I need your guidance. The patient recently experienced a sore pain in the liver region, diagnosed as fatty liver grade-I. I gave him a dose of Chinchona 30 two days back, and all the complaints disappeared. However, new symptoms similar to the ones he had with Phosphorus (persistent penis pain, flaccid penis, lack of erection, and a complete loss of desire) have resurfaced. He mentioned that last month, after burning his finger, he took a dose of Cantharis 30, which provided relief, but the old symptoms returned and persisted for weeks. It seems that whenever he takes a remedy, it helps him but triggers the reappearance of old issues. What are your thoughts on this?
