bipolar schizophrenia

My son aged 47 has following symptoms:

self-talking, disconnected topics, says I am mad, I see excreta coming out from brain, there are cockroaches in my brain,I have itching in my brain, no doctor can cure me
---during self-talking, switches off fans

lives in the past

does not go out

has no friends

Fault-finding in others

Has guilty feelings

full of negative thoughts

does not take bath or shower

Under allopathic medication, diagnosed having Schizophrenia and Bipolar

Please help

I have given Lachesis !M, followed by Psorinum 200
Lachesis has helped him,
