I am 32 years old and married since last three years. I have a habit of throwing things at euhome in anger or disagreement. I have no other chronic disease neither I have smoke or use any sort of drugs
Since last 5 years with throwing things I have made a habit of hitting myself in anger. I hit myself in head or face with eiaeither hands or anything which I get into my hand

How was you before 5 years?
What is the reason behind this in your mind?
Any change in your life which cause this?
How does your anger start?
How does it stop?
any fix time when it worse/better?
How are your thirst and bowel movement?
What happens before anger?
What happens after anger?

1. Before 5 years I use to throw things whatever was in my hand or infront.
2.i dont find any reason for doing such thing. When I am done with selfharm and throwing things and I think of the reason why I did so I do not find the answer to why. I just do have control over my actions
3.No there isnt any significant change
4.anger is more like a state of mind I just felt anxiety and stress and await for any reason to trigger
5. When I hit myself or throw something after 15-20 mints I am all normal
6.Most of the time I have constipation and yes I do feel thirst. I m also allergic to milk I have bloating once I consume milk. I am not drinking milk since last 3 years
7. Before anger I feel anxiety
8. After anger and self harm I feel guilty that I did wrong and ask myself never do it again

Crocus Sativus 200c (single dose and NOT DAILY)
4 drops in some water
Early in the morning as soon as you wake up, before brushing your teeth. Just wash and rinse with water and take the medicine.
