Mental health issues with paranoia

Good evening,

A case of a 39 year old woman who is displaying mental issues:
- Paranoid that people are following her to end her life
- Stays in bedroom all day with curtains shut, no light
- Says that a famous singer has spiritually married her and that she died (was dead) and came back to life after this.
- Says that people are doing black magic on her, that hair came out of her mouth
- Claims to have seen the moon move places and the stars
- Says her ex-partner was assassinated because famous people told her in spirit
- Is isolating herself
- When she opens up she talks a lot
- Her story is coherent even when asking the same 3-4 times, believes firmly in her story
- Says that the famous person who spiritually married her controls her life and tells her what to do and she has to do it
- Says she got her suppressed memories back from years ago which appears to be true
- Claims that the spirit of a dead singer has given her faulty eye sight (when looking at small letters she sees colors like a dot with color)
- Upon physical examination I could see some sort of grey/white discoloration on both eyes (iris)
- Claims she cannot go to work because she cannot see people a few feet away, which increases her paranoia, she says I cant recognize the faces and therefore cant see if someone is trying to hurt her
- When she is talking she curls her fingers and makes movements with her hands
- Says that her spiritual partner (famous actor) talks with her telepathically
- Says that if she OR 1 other famous person dies, the world will end
- Believes she is part of a secret society because she was born like that
- Repeats the same stories a few times in the same conversation (repeating the same topics over and over again after a while)
- Says she doesnt need to work because her spiritual husband (famous actor) will come pick her up and they will live together
- Obsessive compulsive behavior: Cleans obsessively, not sure if she still is because I didnt see her cleaning lately
- Obsessive patterns with numbers, says there are people who are 666 and 777
- We were attacked by wild animals a few weeks ago and she thinks it is related to bad people who want to harm her friends
- Her dog had an episode of freaking out at night and got aggressive and bit out pieces of metal and she thought the dog was trying to kill her
- Had episodes of maniac laughter out of the blue when outside, starting laughing alone out loud
- There are moments where she says I am so rational and yet this is happening to me

- HEAVY smoker
- Drinker (didnt drink before)
- Symptoms appeared when she moved alone to another country
- Seems to not do well when away from her mother
- Feels she is unaccomplished financially
- Basic language being used (like teenager) at times, using slang words which she normally would not really do? As if she was 19 again.

- Highly intelligent, Scientist
- Higher education, 2 master degrees, was working in research and doing her PhD
- Difficult bond with daughter, behaves more like a friend due to early pregnancy (young age when having her)
- Little contact to father for many years
- Kind to animals but mother told us she wasnt paying much attention to her pets lately
- Says that the constant rainy weather in the country she was in on her own, greatly depressed her. Says she needs to move to a country with sun and beach (she lives originally in a warm country)
- Likes to listen to music
- Says that famous singer leaves secret messages in his songs for her

MEDICATIONS
- Previously Tradozone for over a decade which she interrupted when she left the country, she stopped suddenly saying it was a chemical and it was bad for her but started again on her own about 2 weeks ago saying Even though it is a chemical and bad I need it
