tropical disease innoculation? prevention?

I am getting ready to take my children on a 4 week mission trip to Cote dIvoire, Africa. We will be staying in a small city, traveling frequently into the villages.
I am very interested in learning about homeopathics we could take in the months ahead that would be effective to perhaps innoculate against some of the tropical diseases we may encounter.

yellow fever
malaria
dysentery
and any others I should prepare for?
