Primary Bladder Neck Obstruction

Hi, I am from India, 31 Male.

My urine stream has been Moderate/slow for the last 2 years.

There is no pain while/after urinating, frequency is 8 - 9 times a day, No Nocturia, No pain after sex or in testicles.

I visited a urologist 1 month back and He performed the below tests

Ultrasound KUB: Normal
Kidney function test: Normal
Blood count test: Normal
Uroflowmettery: Problematic (Qmax: 11 ml/s and average flow: 4 ml/s, PVR: 68 ml)

The urologist suspected that it is a primary bladder neck issue and prescribed Alfoo 10mg for a month. I have good relief with alfoo.

Can someone please recommend homeopathic medicine for the PRIMARY BLADDER NECK ISSUE?

Thanks
