Gas, extreme constipation
Im female 39 single.Ive history of piles which has got better after homeopathy.
But I suffer from chronic constipation and gas troubles. Even homeopathy couldnt help.
As Im taking herbal medicines for about 1 month my constipation get better but sometimes stool doesnt pass for 2 days in a row...this becomes a very nightmare for me as I also get lot of gas in my abdomen with very bad smell.
Even the stool has very bad smell, unbearable.
I want to have normal regular stool Pas.
Mental health: since Im single I am very desperate, lonely and at night I want to shout aloud and pass out my anger on my mom in particular as she was the one who opposed my marriage along with my sister.
I also trying to take sleeping herbal syrup but doesnt help. Took pesiflora q and its been helpful for a little while.

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
REPEAT AFTER 7 DAYS
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT MUR 6X AND SILICEA 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Also I forgot to mention, my sexual desire has gone done completely all of a sudden, maybe I underwent labiaplasty.
