soft stool constipation

I AM UNABLE TO PASS STOOL SATISFACTORILY FOR FEW MONTHS ON REGULAR BASIS LEADING TO POOR LIFESTYLE AND LETHARGIC FEELING ALL THE TIME. THE ABDOMEN AND STOMACH FEELS SWELLED ALL THE TIME.

ALTHOUGH THERE IS A URGE TO PASS STOOL IN THE MORNING, BUT MOSTLY GAS PASSES.

I FEEL HUNGRY BUT I WONDER WHERE DOES ALL THE WASTE FOOD GOES. VERY LITTLE STOOL PASSES AND THAT IS SOFT AND STICKING TO PAN.

HAVE DONE ALL TESTS INCLUDING LFT AND USG, AND EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.

I AM WORRIED.

PLEASE HELP.

You can try Allumina 200 twice a day for three days.

Nux vomica 200 was tried for a single dose and solved the constipation problem!!

However, now I feel sleepy at night at 1030 pm which seems normal and sleep also comes quick, but early morning, sleep breaks with random thoughts of office works, responsibility, desire for sex and have restless feeling in mind and chest, constantly changing sides in bed. When I wake up, it feels I have not slept at all.

This is a return of old symptom I had and was cured by Conium Mac. 200 single dose almost a year back.

I dont feel fresh.

Any suggestion.
