High Bp, headaches, hair fall, Severe case of endometriosis(hx of breast canr) _{Page 2 of 3}

Yesterday my heaviness and headaches started again, I took nux vom 200 15 drops in the night like u prescribed,
By tonight I have acid reflux , I didn’t take the dose tonight.
Please advice.

I’m taking levothyroxine for thyroid
& cozar 50 mg,
The zoladex injection is once a month in lower abdomen
I Will start hormone therapy medince in feb once zoladex course is done with.

But I only experienced acid reflux the first time after taking nux for 3 nights the first time ??

Does it always have to be taken before dinner ?
Can it be taken before sleeping after dinner ?

Also I’m suffering with sleeplessness again, pulsating head racing thoughts when trying to sleep, and fear so stay awake till 3 am,
So Last night I slept on my back for a bit, and my lower back ache and sciatica is triggered after months, I had that when my endometriosis pain was at its peek before zoladex, sciatica was coming on yesterday for a bit before going to bed anyway.
Plz help , I’m not able to sleep or get any rest bcoz of these pains, it makes the head worse then. I’m not able to catch up on sleep in the morning bcoz lower back n sciatica now , I don’t want to start pain killers, anyway my hip bone and joints are weak n stiff bcoz of being on zoladex, feel like an old women .

My side of head aches are back my eye brow concentrated pressures in one spot on temple. This time more on the right side of head.

Is this for sciatica ?

I took pulsatilla 30 3 times a for 2 days … I slept better deeper, I forgot to take it the third day I only took it once in the night ,
4th night took it once
Didn’t sleep well this night over stimulated mind and feeling like going to washroom but didn’t go bcoz it would waken me further..
I had a doctors appointment this morning , didn’t sleep well with anticipation or over stimulated mind ,
Bp is still high , took this morning right after waking up 143/100, with a wobbly feeling on top of head , as if I might get dizzy , as if my brain is wobbly, the lower one doest come down, it wud go to 93-100 , but not going below 90 , 1 hour after medication 147/90
Bowel movement once in 2 days, piles pain & burning after is better no more.
Please advice

I didn’t take Nat phos, I took mag phos and FERRUM phos, 2-3 times a day
Bcoz I didn’t have acid reflux
Do these medicines also require the 15min before after no eating ?
, as they are biochemistry so I thought they don’t
Would that affect the results ?

So pulsatilla 30, 5 drops 3 times a day ?

I understand that pulsatilla 30, or any remedy in liquid form, must have a gap of 30mins before and after taking it

My question to you is,,
Do biochemistry medicines in pellet form, like Mag phos 6x, and ferrum phos 6x…,
Can they be taken around eating drinking times ?
Or the same procedure has to be followed as with the liquid remedies ?

I have been taking pulsatilla 30 and others as prescribed, today is day 3
I wake up with pulsating heavy head o top of my head, and headache checked bp it’s 147/101,..151/96, although im sleeping better deeper,
Taking my Bp medication helps that but the wobbly heavy head feeling on top of my head doesn’t go, and doesn’t come down to ideal reading lower one isn’t less than 90 mostly
Also my concern is since 2-3 days I have the same feeling in my lower abdomen as one would have on the onset of periods, this hasn’t happened in 4months, is pulsatilla bringing this on ?

I forgot to add, bowel movement is ok now once eve r day without any forcing.

How many drops of Lachesis 200?
1-2 ?
On empty stomach ? Or any time ?

I had the one dose of Lachesis, I think I was slightly better in the morning, less pulsating head mayb, but when I checked my bp it was high as usual.
Again no bowel movement, I only had Lachesis and nothing else day before yesterday
Doctor has added amplodopene for me , I already take losartan.
Plz advice.
Also I have TLH , total hysterectomy surgery day after. No improvements in size of cysts or fibroids even after 6 months of zoladex.
Have developed osteopenia T score of -2.2, which is low.

Plz advice for better post-op recovery, and also to have a good clear bowel movement tomorrow before it.

My pressure rings head aches are back and I can’t sleep with th is throbbing

By 5 drops of arnica and u said to take few doses after surgery

5 drops in some water drink the same water in 15mins gaps 3 times.

Or 5 drops , then again 5drops , then 5 drops

?
