Constant neck pain, pain between the shoulders. Making me nauseous.

Im a full time caregiver for my mom with a stroke and Im constantly putting weight on my body moving her. The last few days the pain in my neck and upper shoulders is causing me a lot of pain and it radiates down into my right hip. I constantly have an acidic taste in my throat and slightly nauseous, feels like there is bubbles in the back of my throat. It feels like a cold, prickly pain in my neck. Im having a hard time staying asleep as the pain wakes me up. I feel better when I lay on it on my side. Ive been really stressed and unable to relax, constantly checking on my mom. I constantly feel lethargic and I get overwhelmed easily and shut off, like my brain has no more energy to continue focusing. I often feel sad about the situation as just six months ago she was able to walk on her and do so much. I feel like Im not doing enough though Im not sure what more I can do. Feeling constantly like I have whiplash and bruised doesnt help. The pain is tiring. I would appreciate suggestions as to what I could take to help relieve some pain.
