Tight Penis foreskin

Hello,

Please note that I am a male 55 years old and havent had sex for past 4-5 years due to some personal issues. I get erections but not able to sustain. The size of the penis has also reduced.

However the main problem is about the tight foreskin which if I try to pull back, there is lot of pain in the penis. The foreskin doesnt pull back even at full erection. It really pains a lot once the foreskin is pulled back.

Please help urgently.

HE IS HAVING PHIMOSIS.DO NOT TRY TO PULL BACK,BECAUSE IT WILL CAUSE A MORE SERIOUS/PAINFUL PROBLEM-PARAPHIMOSIS.

GIVE NAT MUR 6X FIVE TABS FOUR TIMES A DAY FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND SEE.

MAINTAIN HYGIENE OTHER WISE IT WILL CAUSE BALANITIS.
