Large nasopharyngeal (throat)polyp,& small hard tumour

For a Dog:
Hi, I have a large Rottweiler
Spayed Female dog 12 yrs old that presents with a large polyp(3cm.x1.75cm) in the back of her throat,and a hard 2.5cm x.5cm mammary tumor,,, Veterinarian cannot help her other than Prednisone,,.polyp interferes with eating.
This is a very sweet tempered, affectionate,playful, yet dominant large Rottweiler,100#,,now shes lethargic,eating soft food but cries sometimes when she eats as food pokes the polyp,,this poor dog has history of vsccinos i believe and has 5 1cm to 2.25 cm warts on her body from imo being vaccinated with 4-10 vaccines every yr for 8 years with her previous human(not me!).
Symptoms: drinks large amounts water, lethargic,moves slowly like in pain or stiff, intermittent low grade fever, intermittent white discharge from
L eye,the side the polyp in back of throat is more on,,
I was considering these remedies:

The Veterinary Sick Care, system has nothing to offer but Prednisone,,,
As Ive had great success with homeopathy and this Forum has brilliant Homeopaths,with another dog Veterinarian couldnt save,I am hoping there are at least some homeopathic Remedies to help prevent infection and keep her comfortable,maybe even SHRINK the polyp,etc?,
