Effectiveness of R13 for piles?

I have two external hemerrhoids for the past ten months now. Ive tried a variety of medicines, only Argentum Metallicum temporarily worked. Now Ive been doing some research and found Reckewegs R13 combination, which Ive placed an order for. In the meantime, I wanted to know how well it works? If anyone(s patients) have seen any results, please share.

Sometimes these hemerrhoids go back inside but Ive been noting a weird sensation. When I have flatulence, it feels like a bubble forming or a fluttering sensation in my rectum

If you have other suggestions I would be more than happy to consider them, but I do want to know your opinions.
