Hello dr i had taken a single dose of hyoscyamus niger 1m before one week. There is no improvement in my condition after taking the remedy.

I forget to tell you that I feel some nervousness in night and difficulty in sleeping on third day after 2 days of intake of remedy then after condition become normal
