lympnode infection? or early stages of appendicitis ?

Dear Anuj Sir,

My son aged 10 is having mild pain at appendicitis location but without vomiting or fever. One gastro surgeon and another pediatric gastroenterologist both told its due to lympnode infection and giving taxmi antibiotic and asked us to in touch with them if situation doesnt improve in next 5 days. One pedicatric doctor suggested to go for surgery as its less risky approach to wait for severe pain.

is there anything we can do in homeo (i see there are quite a few medicines) or in ayurvda as preventive?) he has constipation and mild appetite for quite some years but not much under weight and i observed he plays with needles and sharp objects like scissors. I started giving silicea since a month. He has mild skin eruption. I have also giving iris tenax, psorinum. I will upload the ultra sound report.

Regards
Sree

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
2nd part of the scan saying 4.2 mm thickness appendix wall and no edema. But lympnodes present.
