Mr. Anuj kindly - Bird with blood loss what can be done?

Mr. Anuj I hope you are doing well.
One of our birds got attacked by another bird on his lower leg and lost a significant amount of blood yesterday.
Today she is sleeping more than usual and not trying to move around much and seems tired and not as active.
I gave her Arnica C30 immediately after the injury, yesterday.
Is there anything else I can give her at the moment to help with blood loss?
