Goiter & Hemorrhoids
last 10 years I am having right side enlarged thyroid gland, which already moved my trachea & esophagus to little left side, all my thyroid lab tests are normal except Anti TPO, which year by ear getting higher value, all other thyroid test are normal. in ultrasound test it shows multinodular goiter with retrosternal extension on right side.I am also having annal hemorrhoids since long time and now its aggressive, protruding out side and very painful on right side lump. The hemorrhoids breaks some time and used to come blood out side, but this time with painful and protrusion out side its not breaking and extremely painful. my father and grand father was also having hemorrhoids, my sleeping pattern is altered on weekly basis based on my office duty hours, ( 1 week evening shift and next week morning shift).
